Nordicell accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Maestro, Paypal, ApplePay.
The payment is only deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
When using a payment card, debit or credit card, the amount purchased is reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. When the order has been dispatched, the amount is deducted from the account.
The reservation time depends on the product/service.
Debit card authorization
When you use a debit card, you will be able to see that money has been reserved on your account, and your available amount will therefore appear smaller.
If you or the webshop cancel the order, the webshop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reserved amount in your account for a while.
Please note that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such a reservation.
Credit card authorization

You will receive a Track and Trace number upon dispatch, which will allow you to track the shipment at any time.
If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)
Nordicell offers a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
The period of 14 days starts on the day the order is delivered.
You bear any return costs yourself.
The request for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

The condition of the item you have returned
You are liable for the decrease in value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, its properties and the way it functions.
This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.
If the item has been tested/used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and diminished in value. This means that when the purchase is cancelled, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Nordicell to assess the condition of the goods.
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, material and manufacture.
Complaints regarding faults and defects must be notified to Nordicell within a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of one month to be a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives the right to warranty if the goods have been handled incorrectly or unusually.
Nordicell covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

If you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our customer service.

It is a prerequisite for a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000.
